A Season of Renewal and Resurrection
March 2024 Newsletter
As the season of Lent progresses and we journey closer to the joyous celebration of Easter, it's a time for reflection, renewal, and preparation. This March, let us embrace the spirit of resurrection that Easter symbolizes, not only in the story of Jesus Christ but also in the daily lives and practices of our faith community.
Lent offers us a sacred time for reflection and spiritual growth. As we continue our Lenten journey, we encourage each of you to engage deeply with your personal faith practices. Whether through prayer, fasting, service, or study, let this be a time to prepare your hearts for the miracle of Easter.
Easter Sunday, falling on March 31st this year, is a day of joy and celebration for our congregation. We invite you and your family to join us for our Easter services as we rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus and the hope it brings to our lives. From the sunrise service to our traditional Easter worship, let us come together to celebrate the foundation of our faith.
As we move through these sacred times, let us also remember the call to renewal in our own lives. Easter reminds us that from death comes new life, and with this new life, the opportunity for growth, change, and a deeper engagement with our faith and our community.
Let this Easter be a time of renewal for you, in spirit, in faith, and in your connections with those around you. We look forward to sharing this blessed season with you and your loved ones.
May this time of Lent and the coming joy of Easter bring you closer to the peace and love that Christ offers us all.
Blessings,
Rev. Candace
